Franklite Podette Bronze Ceiling Light With Pod Shaped Glass FL2169/12

Once again with the brass finish to this light unit, the extra warmth when combined with the soft and gentle lines of the design allow the Podette range to fit right in with both contemporary as well as period properties. The 48cm depth of this unit makes it very suitable for reception areas with low ceilings, and if you have a large and oblong room that needs a uniform light, a pair of these would not look out of place in any oblong area. The faceted glass shades housing each of the six bulbs creates a uniquely vibrant light, which is enhanced though the clever dispersion of the cut glass crystal beads in between the individual lights.
Shown here in a bronze finish, Podette fittings are also available in a chrome finish, see above and make a selection from the drop down box.

Returns Policy

You can return your purchase, for any reason, as long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving, and you then have another 14 days to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us, unless we delivered the item to you in error. All return items must include lamps supplied with the fitting, be in the original unmarked packaging; and not have been installed, used, or modified.

If your order arrives damaged or defective please inform us immediately so that we can arrange replacements.

Non-returnable Items- we cannot accept returns on some items such as those specifically made to order, or clearance items.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?

We will make every effort to help you obtain the necessary replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you. Occasionally we may ask you to send us an image of the damage as this often helps us process a claim with a manufacturer or courier.

What If My Order Is Faulty?

All of our products come with a minimum 12 months guarantee, and in such circumstances we will arrange collection and repair or replace the item.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We keep a large range of products in stock, so as long as we receive your order by 2pm we will dispatch the same day for delivery to you the next, excluding weekend delivery. We can delivery on Saturdays but there would be an additional cost.
When we don’t have an item in stock we can often arrange for the manufacturer to delivery direct to you within 2/3 days, however not all manufacturers will do this, so please expect delivery within 10 days. Sometime neither KES Lighting nor the manufacturer have the item in stock, in these circumstances we will inform you of the expected delivery date.
Handmade items are often made to order, so delivery can be 2/3 weeks if coming from Italy or Austria. Please also be aware there are occasional delays for items imported from Europe through the Channel Tunnel.

In all circumstances we will inform you of the expected delivery date, however we always advise our customers not to arrange an electrician until your order has arrived, as there may still be delays outside of our control, and we will not be liable for any costs incurred.

Understanding Brightness

When we all used incandescent bulbs it was so much easier to understand how bright a light bulb would be. Your choice was limited to a 40, 60, 75 and 100 watt bulbs, and a particular wattage gave out roughly the same amount of light irrespective of who made it; it's just unfortunate they wasted energy generating heat!

With the introduction of CFL and LED technology, understand brightness (measured in lumens) become confusing because these light bulbs give out the same brightness for a fraction of the energy consumed (measured in watts).

So when you need to know how bright a light is say hello to Lumens and goodbye to Watts.
