This ceiling light chandelier from Elstead can be converted to a semi-flush fitting during installation suit suitable for low ceilings. The chandelier consists of a small ceiling plate with a chain that holds a slender rod supporting the base of the frame which extends nine curving arms. Each curving arm is decorated with a single cut glass droplet and holds a cut glass sconce which supports a candle sleeve which can hold a clip-on shade - sold separately. The chandelier is finished in polished nickel and would make a stunning centrepiece for any room.
