How do you ensure my package arrives safely?
You will not find a better packed box! We take huge amounts of care to ensure your order will arrive intact.
All fittings are packed inside of boxes with large amounts of padding and bubble wrap and are then packed inside another well padded box for an additional layer of protection. Oversized packages can be delivered in a crate.
Who is going to deliver my package?
KES only works with the most reliable couriers, such as DPD and Parcelforce. When a package is especially large or fragile, we use our own white-glove delivery service to ensure safe delivery.
Will my order arrive on time? How do I stay updated on the progress?
When an item is in stock, it will take from 2-5 working days for delivery. Stock statuses are available on the product pages so please refer to them when considering what dates to book your electrician.
From the moment of purchase, we’ll be in regular contact via a series of emails related to the progress of your order. Once out for dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking link from the courier that will give you real time status updates.

We’re confident you’ll love your products, but we understand, sometimes you may have a change of heart.
Not to worry, we offer a 30 day returns policy where you can claim a refund or exchange. All we ask is that you cover the price of the courier back to us.

There’s an issue with my product. What should I do?
In the rare situation that there’s a fault with your fitting, please give our customer service team a call and we’ll talk you through the process of resolving – 024 76 317022.
Are the fittings easy to install? Will there be instructions?
We would strongly advise that you always use a qualified electrician to install your lights. All fittings come with detailed instructions on how to do so.
What is the product quality like? Will my fitting look like how it does in the pictures?
We work with the luxury lighting industry’s leading suppliers, all of whom are renowned for their craftsmanship and quality of finish. All the pictures you see on the site are the actual fittings you’d receive, so you can be confident of recreating the same look in your own home.
I need a replacement part! Can you help?
We understand that accidental damage can happen from time – if you do require a new piece of glass or crystal, a lampshade etc please get in touch and let us know. We have excellent relationships with our suppliers and more often than not we’re able to source the required parts.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 12-month guarantee on all products. Some of our manufacturers offer a 2-5 year guarantee on certain products – when this is the case it is usually noted on the description section.
Do all prices include VAT?
All prices include VAT @20%. However, purchases made from outside the United Kingdom, including the Channel Islands, are not liable for VAT, and this will be reflected in the basket during checkout.
Does the KES website offer secure shopping? Will my details be safe?
