Europe
We are pleased to say that we are now able to ship directly to a number of European countries. All import fees, handling fees, and taxes are paid up front at the checkout, so you will not be liable for any additional charges upon your order’s arrival.
For oversized items, we may need to contact you for further carriage costs or in some cases, we may not be able to ship due to courier restrictions on size and weight.
Please note that we are unable to sell Astro items to customers based in the Netherlands.

Delivery, Risk and Safe Place
We will deliver your order to the address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible. We cannot accept liability for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. For the avoidance of doubt, delivery is deemed to have taken place when the carrier records the goods as delivered to your address, including where the goods are left in a safe place at or adjacent to that address.
Our carriers operate a tracked delivery service. You will receive tracking information by email and/or SMS allowing you to monitor your delivery and manage your preferred delivery arrangements, including rescheduling, redirecting, or nominating a neighbour or alternative safe location. If you are aware that you will not be at the delivery address during the expected delivery window, it is your responsibility to use these options.
Where our carrier is unable to obtain a signature and leaves your order in a safe place (including a porch, outbuilding, or other location at the delivery address), delivery is considered complete at that point. We are not liable for loss or theft of goods following confirmed delivery.
If you believe goods have been lost in transit prior to delivery, you must notify us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Nothing in these clauses affects your statutory rights in relation to goods that are damaged or lost prior to delivery being completed.
