We currently ship items to UK, Europe and many other countries. Occasionally there may be an additional charge for international deliveries where the 'volumetric weight' is more than anticipated.
If an item is out of stock or unavailable for any reason, we will advise a date when the product will be shipped. We will not deliver any orders which are not complete without instruction from the customer. Items in stock will normally be despatched within 48 hours.

For Mainland UK orders above £75, delivery is FREE (excluding Saturday delivery). Where goods are in stock, and the order is received before 2pm, delivery will be next working day. After 2pm, goods will be delivered within 2 days if in stock. Where items are not in stock you will be informed of expected delivery date within 24 hours of your order, however this is only a guide as there are many factors out of our control that can affect the delivery date.
Please do not arrange for an electrician until you have possession of your goods, as compensation cannot be given for delays. Our couriers will notify us of an expected delivery date but we cannot specify a time between 9am and 6pm when goods will be delivered, unless a timed delivery has been requested.
Goods that are in stock will be dispatched the same day providing the order is received before 2pm. Please note that to guarantee same day dispatch the delivery address must match the billing address, if you require delivery to an address that does not match the billing address there will be a delay of approximately 72 hours. To prevent fraud, goods will only be delivered to the billing address or a business address.
Goods that are out of stock may take up to 4 - 8 weeks of receipt of order. In the unlikely event of goods taking longer than the 4 -8 week period you will be contacted by our customer services. They will give the option for the order to be cancelled if the lead time is unsuitable without penalty to the customer.
Our working hours are Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm, excluding any Bank or National Holidays. If no one is available to take delivery from our couriers, a calling card will be left. If you do not contact the courier, a further two delivery attempts will be made. If the courier is still unable to deliver after this point the Goods will be returned to KES Lighting.
Please note you are required to examine your Goods at point of delivery and sign 'received in good condition'. If the package is damaged please sign delivery paperwork 'accepted package damaged' or if you so wish, refuse the delivery. Please always check your goods on delivery or if not given time please sign for as unexamined. If the packaging is damaged please sign accepted package damaged. If not satisfied please refuse the delivery, however if you have signed received in good condition we will subsequently not refund or pay for collection of goods.
If you require re-delivery, KES Lighting reserve the right to charge these additional shipping costs. Should you wish to cancel the order at this point, KES Lighting reserve the right to deduct from any refund the cost of the initial delivery charge plus extraneous costs incurred as a result of the Goods being returned to KES Lighting.
