KES Lighting Discount Codes
Short answer: there isn't one, and you don't need one.
We do not issue discount codes. Not for first orders, not for newsletter signups, not for Black Friday. The price you see on the product page is our price, and it is the same price the trade pay.
Why we do things this way
Most retailers set a price high enough to survive being discounted, then hand out codes to bring it back down to what they were always willing to accept. It works, but it punishes anyone who does not think to go looking, and it turns buying a light into a treasure hunt.
We price the other way round. One price, set as keenly as we can afford, available to everybody. Electricians, interior designers, contractors and hotel groups buy from us at the same price shown to a customer buying a single pendant for a hallway. There is no trade login, no members' rate and no code, because there is no gap between those prices to bridge.
Forty one years of supplying the UK lighting trade is what makes that possible. We buy deep and direct, and we pass the buying power on in the shelf price rather than in a code.
About those '17% off' codes you have seen
Search for a KES discount code and you will find voucher sites advertising 17%, 20%, sometimes 25% off. We have not issued those codes. Nobody has. Those sites generate a page for every retailer they can find and fill it with codes that were guessed, expired years ago, or never existed, because they earn from the click either way.
You are welcome to try them at checkout. They will not work. We would rather tell you that here than have you find out on the payment page.

A price match, if you ask. Found the same product cheaper elsewhere? Send us the link before you order and we will take a look. We cannot always match, some brands set terms we have to work within, but we would rather you asked than assumed.

Is there a KES Lighting discount code for my first order?
No. First orders are priced the same as every other order.
Do you have an NHS, student, military or blue light discount?
No. We keep one price for everyone rather than running separate schemes.
Do you do a Black Friday sale?
We do not mark everything up in October so we can mark it down in November. Our clearance section runs all year and is where the genuine reductions sit.
Do you offer trade accounts or trade prices?
Our website prices are trade prices, and anyone can buy at them without an account. If you are buying in volume, call us and we will quote the project.
Will you match a lower price elsewhere?
Get in touch before you order and we will consider it. We cannot always match, but we would rather you asked.
What happened to the 10% voucher?
We have withdrawn it. It only ever applied to ten brands, it excluded bulbs and clearance, and most people never used it. One price for everyone is simpler and more honest than a code most customers never see.
