Found the same light cheaper somewhere else? Tell us before you order.

We set our prices as keenly as we can from the start, and they are the same prices the trade pay, so we are not often beaten. When we are, we would much rather you told us than quietly bought elsewhere.

This is a consideration, not a guarantee

We will not pretend otherwise. Some prices we can match on the spot. Others we cannot, usually because the seller is not comparing like with like, or because the brand sets supply terms we have to work within. What we will always do is look at it properly and give you a straight answer quickly.

How to ask

Send us the link before you place your order. Email sales@keslighting.co.uk or call 024 76 317 022. Tell us the product and the finish you are after, we will check it is genuinely the same item, and we will come back with a yes or a no. If it is a no, we will tell you why.

What we can usually match

• The identical product, same manufacturer code and same finish
• Sold by a UK retailer with a real trading address
• In stock and available to order now
• Priced including VAT and delivery, compared against our own delivered price

What we cannot match

• Marketplace and auction listings, or grey imports without UK warranty
• Ex display, clearance, damaged, returned or second hand stock
• Trade only or account holder pricing you cannot access as a retail customer
• Prices below what the item costs us
• Brands whose supply terms prevent it, which we will always tell you about honestly

Why we do not just hand out a code instead

Because a discount code rewards the people who go hunting for one and quietly overcharges everyone who does not. One keen price for everybody is fairer, which is why there are no KES discount codes at all. More on how we price.
