Free to mainland UK over £100, £7.75 below that. Two to seven working days when everything is in stock, and every product page gives the lead time for that fitting. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands are quoted separately.
If it arrives damaged
Send us a photograph within 48 hours and we will sort a replacement. It happens, couriers are couriers, and we would rather fix it quickly than argue about it.
If you change your mind
Thirty days from the day it arrives to return an unused item for a refund. You arrange and pay for the return postage. Made to order and bespoke pieces are the exception.
If it goes wrong later
